What did you learn from your B.Tech. life?

1. Don't waste your first year.First year is the most important time in your college.Try to get an 8.5+ GPA in first year.Because 2nd year onwards you have lots of project,activity and that time it become hard to score good CGPA.CGPA MATTERS.If you are going for placement,Phd or MBA in all places CGPA matters.But if you are non core branch student don't run behind cgpa ,do competitive programming,involve in project development and learn new technology stuff.
2. Never involve in group fight.
3. Never mess with teachers even if they are wrong also.
4. Always prefer branch over college.Eventually it is your branch which matters when you leave the college.
5. Internship matters a lot.Try to get as much good internship as you can.
6. Haters are directly proportional to success.More you succeed more will be your haters.
7. Don't think to do anything on ‘ tomorrow ‘ .Tomorrow never comes in Btech life.
8. Stop complaining: Don’t complain that my college is bad,my branch is not too good,faculty are worst. Because no one can help you ,it is you who can bring change in your own life.
9. Avoid weeds and alcohol: It seems fascinating for some time but in long run you will regret it.
10. Every advice of senior is not always correct, they have just their own opinions.
11. In worst case also try to pass the exam, don't get backlog in any subject. Overcoming backlog is very hard and as time passes it makes you more depressed.
12. Don't do suicide: Problem and happiness both are temporary.If your today is hard then remember your tomorrow will be happier.
13. Don't mess with your training and placement officer.
14. Don't waste money on unnecessary things. It is hardwork of your parents don't waste it.
15. In your problem, you come to know about who are your real friend.
16. Self study is more important than lectures.
17. Class bunk is necessity.
18. Don't get your attendance below 75%. It will create problems .
19. The most important is to be positive and happy.Enjoy every moment of your B.tech life because this time will never come back again.
20. Always meet new person , make many friends.
21. Do something very crazy once in your B.tech life.This is something you always remember.
